Legal Costs & Fees

The cost of representation on any legal matter varies, depending on the type and complexity of the legal matter at hand.

There are basically two types of costs in any legal matter.

The first type is legal fees that your attorney charges on an hourly basis.

The second type is expenses generally charged for services rendered by other parties, namely, clerk of court fees, filing fees, court reporter, expert fees, and other similar fees. It can also include costs for in-office expenses.
